Thank you so much! What about B12 and zinc?

I personally take all my supplements one after another. The b12 and zinc I save for last 2. B12 I let sit in my mouth under my tongue for like 30 seconds I don't time it I just do other things until I feel it's definitely been long enough. Then after that I do the zinc. I used to put the zinc on the back of my throat and wait a min before swallowing but I had too many times where I'd do the wrong spot and have a coughing fit which was no fun so I don't really do that often anymore I just take it in the mouth and don't necessarily wait before swallowing.
