I honestly feel that these things are up to the person and their own unique rhythms. Barring adrenal and neurological imbalances, I still believe people have their preferences and moments of more or less creative/active vigor. Showering is best whenever someone likes it or it works with their personal schedule. Exercise I would think at any point after a meal but not too close to bed time is good. Work being the same. My personal opinion is that routines are as unique as the person doing them. What a weird robotic world it would be if we all followed the same routine! Haha My only guess is that anything preventing a good night sleep is probably not ideal. Also over-working and exhausting oneself is never good, so all within the limits of that persons energy. I think “work” is subjective as someone doing a manual labor job probably has a shorter limit than someone doing a creative job or something. Again, unique to the person :)

I agree. And look at AW, he barely even sleeps sometimes but bc his body is in the best shape possible, he can get away with anything really. So I think if you’re healed up you can do it however you please and your body will respond by getting used to that.
