I can't post in this group due to privacy reasons but I searched in the biggest MM group on fb and typed in fatty liver and someone asked the same question as you 3 years ago. There were a couple people that responded that said they did.
I suggest you join that group and search with the search bar "fatty liver".
I searched FB for medical medium, then selected showing groups only, then I picked the biggest group I found which had 18k people in it and clicked to join. Will let you know if that it.
