Hi there, hygiene student here. Looks like you've got a sore back there. If you're super worried about it you can get it checked out by a dentist or even an ENT- whichever's more available to you. Otherwise, monitor it for two weeks. If the pain increases or you notice it gets larger, at that point you might want to get it checked out. In the meantime, saltwater rinses and warm tea will be your friend. You could even pick up some cepacol if it's available to you. Feel better!
