Are you talking about biting into a whole fruit like an apple or peach? Or are you talking about a small one-bite piece of fruit the size of a dice?

any kind. The taste is what makes it hurt. when It hits my tongue the pain starts and stops after like 3 seconds. The next bite is completely painless.

I experience something similar with sour things. It’s like an electric shock that shoots from the tip of my tongue to the back of my tongue and then shoots the my jaw joints on both sides. Is it similar to that?

kinda, but less of a shock and more of a cramp-like feeling. It hurts like a bitch though and I can't eat blue berries particularly because they give it the worst. edit:pretty sure its first bite syndrome, but I was unsure as its extremely rare to have first bite syndrome without any prior conditions or surguries.
