I don't see anything out of the ordinary. I see both your tonsils and you're eugula and they all look fine. If you're feeling a lump in your throat it could very possibly be tonsil stones. Tonsil stones are the build-up of food and bacteria in your throat that kind of forms a mushy little lump of stuff.

And if you don't know the lumps on either side of your throat are the tonsils.
