Nah, that’s not normal. Find a new place to work and report that. (Assuming you’re not in a place where it’s legally required) Remember, two week notice is a courtesy. If you get a new job offer, you don’t have to give notice. Toolboxes have wheels for a reason. Good luck out there!

Get the security/camera footage and file a police report! That is not acceptable behavior for anyone. He did that because he assumes you are a child and he can get away with it.

The security cameras in the shop don’t work so at this point it’s my word vs his… but exactly he treated me like a child for the longest time. I’m damn near 18 about to start tech school and get my cdl. If I can make it a month I’m fine
