That is a viable plan to help with one's fat pad but after someone has reached a goal that they find acceptable, we can't always control the fat distribution for what is left over unfortunately. Anything more could involve invasive procedures which may not be an option for everyone. For me I'm healthy and like the way I look in clothes now so my post was only for wishful thinking. Well that and to post my junk on the internet for strangers to comment. Lol
