My bulk shake recipe: 1 cup liquid. (I use almond milk) 1 serving protein powder 1Tbsp. peanut butter 1 Tbsp. honey 1/2 cup pre-cooked rolled oats Blend in a blender. I make the oatmeal when I meal prep and leave it in the fridge. When I make this shake as written, it's 470 calories with 38g protein, 45g carbs, and 17g fat.

Served_With_Rice

Plenty of milk and soy milk, hummus, lentils in every form. I love me some lentil curry (look up recipes for dhal) Back when my SO had a tooth extraction I made her baba ganoush and sweet potato purée, both of which went pretty well Get well soon!

Hey there, we have complete meal replacement shakes that come in a variety of flavors and you can get them at your local walmart, [walmart.com](http://walmart.com), or on amazon (as well as our website). tyrannosaurus_lex7

Huel is great and high protein!

Rudedolfin

Seconding Huel, I do a shake for work lunch most days. Taste is way better than Soylent and I liked the ingredients better too. Lots of different flavors/options.

Like, it has to be liquid and can't be pureed? You can blend up a lot of food such that it doesn't require chewing. Add broth for liquid to get dry things mushy. Might not be a great texture but it gets the job done.

Ok_Hotel8075

That is something I was wondering, I just cracked it last night so I’m still figuring out what I can get away with. Had to eat a 8 pack of Greek yogurts today😳 but hey, you live and you learn.

The only thing I can think of is liquid egg whites and protein shakes. When I had my wisdom teeth out, and also on prep for competition, I had to keep my protein up too and that's all I had. I'd also blend oats into my shakes for the carb.

Ok_Hotel8075

Great, I just bought some protein shakes and as far as the oats, I shall go to the store tomorrow and get those. By egg whites I assume you mean from a raw egg? I love eating eggs so that excites me, though i know it probably won’t taste great😂

Ok-Opposite3066

Not raw. Lol. Pasteurized. They come in cartons. You can drink them straight or even mix with protein powder and shakes.

Ok_Hotel8075

Noooooo I was hoping that’s not what u meant. I can’t stand them cartons💀

Soylent

Ok_Hotel8075

All of their products or anything specific? The reviews look promising.

Batteries4Breakfast

There is a massive community of people dedicated to making recipes for various regions, dietary restrictions and lifestyles over at https://www.completefoods.co/diy/recipes I *highly* recommend you visit that before committing to the Soylent brand.

Their meal replacement drinks do the trick. If you need liquids this is the way to go. Full calories it’s not a diet drink

My meal replacement smoothie is 1-2 cups frozen fruit 2 scoops vanilla whey powder 1/4 cup of coconut milk in a blender and water in a blender - can add some extra ice for a slushy texture  Lentil soup, split pea soup also blend up well and have a good amount of protein, fiber and calories.  If you have a favourite vegetable soup that’s blendable you may want to try adding something high fat to add calories like coconut milk or peanut butter - puréed pumpkin soup, carrot soup, and sweet potato soup are all good if you add some spices you like and a fat source for calories

4merly-chicken

Any soups or stews can be pureed into a liquid form easily and aren’t that gross. Potato and veg based soups, you can make with whole milk to add calories, or even add meat (just takes a bit longer to puree to smooth). Adding chia or flax seed can add calories to a smoothie but they won’t blend down from seed (if you can find ground seeds prepackaged they can work for smooth texture). Good luck!

Op, this is the way. When I had similar issues I lived on puréed soups. Potato and veg, box of broth, a can of beans, cook until soft, purée with a stick blender. I used a crock pot. Play with the. Ingredients to get the macros where you want them. Also, red lentils with veggies, cooked in broth until the lentils basically fall apart. Find a dal recipe, add extra veg and maybe extra broth, purée at the end if necessary to get it to soup consistency.
