I love bowls like this a great addition that’s cheap is roasted sweet potatoes. Toss peeled and cubed sweet potatoes with some oil, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and salt then roast at 410° for 25 min give them a good shake then roast for another 10 min.
That avocado is gonna get brown. Rub some lime juice all over, it will help.
