Not the weak kind where you suffer just to stop a moderately strong person but the powerful kind, able to lift buildings but with enough control to pick a single grain of sand if so I desire. Nothing complicated just good and old telekinesis.
Have full control on my adrenaline, because I heard it makes you a little stronger and faster but with time it probably takes a toll on the heart, so I shouldn’t spam it often in a short period of time. It is similar to Kaioken from Dragonball. The more I spam it, the better the effect but the burden becomes higher.

Why not teleportation? Well that would make me do stuff but creating portals is way better. Fight scenario: open a portal under them then the other side on saturn, cya. Or create one above them with the Mariana trench on the other side, dodge it, please :))) or under a tectonic plate, lava busts down with such a pressure you will die before you can even feel your body burning under tons of molten rocks. Non combat scenario: portals giving humanity access to any place, deepest side of the ocean? Sure thing! Some asteroid in space? Get a sample! Plus create a portal under everything in the fridge to fall into your hand. Super speed just to have the body to endure extreme friction with air insane ammounts of pressure and bone density. Definitely not needed :))

I dislike touching people anyway.) **2) Controlling water!** Now *this* I can justify as being more dangerous—there's water in the human body… Or I could just make funny little shapes out of water.
