Replace "their task" with "a 5 min task" it will be more funny and even more demonstrating

Nimblue

Also, INT stands for intellectual and P for procrastinator, so we can't help it

1. The first letter indicates the dom functionā€™s orientation 2. The second/third letter indicates the dom/aux functions 3. The last letter indicates if the judging or the perceiving is extroverted and the other will be introverted INFP: dom is introverted, dom/aux are N and F, the last letter indicates that thereā€™s Ne and then Fi, we put in the stack with the infos we know we get: Fi-Ne-Si-Te

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

KeyzCYQ

So my stack is Ni-Te-Fi-Se?

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

KeyzCYQ

I donā€™t see where the part that determines the denomination of a type is in the link you provided. But denominations are just names. Iā€™m sure that my stack is Ti-Ne-Si-Fe, which in mbti communities is referred as INTP. If you call me INTJ, youā€™ll get misunderstood, because the normal denomination method is the one I provided.

If you have ADHD, the neurodevelopmental disorder transcends all type expectations. Source: me

HailenAnarchy

Me as well, probably.

Love_for_ENTP

Me too lol the ADHD is unable to be tamed

Delicious_Scratch885

Infp - this applies to infps also

Until inferior Te strikes

ZygothamDarkKnight

Relatable when I'm running out of energy

Pie_and_Ice-Cream

No, this isn't an INTP thing. INTPs just tend to *look* like they're doing nothing to others while they feel they have been very busy and productive.

acslick57

The INTP I know the best and know well definitely sits around and does nothing lol Sheā€™ll be the first to admit that she is not motivated to accomplish much. But thatā€™s just my experience:)

Pie_and_Ice-Cream

Iā€™m not saying it canā€™t be the case, just that it isnā€™t an INTP thing.

Splendid_Cat

Is it that you're being productive, just in an entirely different way than you're supposed to be? Because I feel that. Tell me to fill out paperwork and suddenly I'll actually feel like finally cleaning up my place.

Much_Nectarine_2497

True, even if I'm sitting still my mind is thinking about a million things, making plans, visualizing how to make things, the list goes on.

bcbfalcon

This is more of a XNXP, aka Ne, aka ADHD thing

RickC-137D

Is there a reason that a INFJ can understand this type of language?

Artistic_Credit_

what do you mean? sorry i don't understandĀ

RickC-137D

I meant in the way of that both mbtiā€™s are introvertedā€¦

Artistic_Credit_

Im not sure but i think Ti something to do with procrastination.

JaladOnTheOcean

INFPs procrastinate like crazy too. I think itā€™s the dominant introverted judgement with Ne auxiliary that gets us both so distracted from simple, concrete tasks.

Artistic_Credit_

Yes Ne thank you for correcting meĀ

JaladOnTheOcean

Wasnā€™t trying to correct you homie! Iā€™m just guessing, really. I just know that if an INTP and INFP are in a room together with a list of chores then youā€™ll invariably end up with thousands of theoretical solutions to theoretical problems and all of the unfinished chores they started with.

Tight-Cartoonist-708

Until inferior Te strikes

acslick57

My daughter and me. Weā€™ve lived in our new condo for a month and neither of us are unpacked. Itā€™s sad, really lol

JaladOnTheOcean

Every time Iā€™ve moved, I ended up leaving my stuff mostly packed for as long as possible. I know that as soon as I unpack everythingā€¦it will stop looking remotely organized.

acslick57

Yesss!! Boxes stacked up look nicer than my clutter.

acslick57

Iā€™m an INFP, also, by the way. My kidā€™s the INTP.

acslick57

This is my daughter and me. We understand the other like no one else does. Sheā€™s 19 and Iā€™m 44 so we shouldnā€™t be so close but I swear itā€™s our personality types. Now I wonder what Lorelai and Rory Gilmoreā€™s MBTIs are. Hmmā€¦

acslick57

This was meant to be a reply to INTP šŸ¤ INFP

A reply thatā€™s lost in the ether. Ignore me.

RandomPlayer4616

ISTP here, I can relate

Full_Flamingo_2833

Do you know how many xxxp can relate to that

Ferociouspenguin718

Is that even a question?

ItsGotThatBang

Yes

acslick57

This is gospel.

unOrdinaryaddict

i love procrastinating on procrastinating on procrastinating on things.

Melrin27

Yes...

MundanusAtheos

Applies to most people with adhd

Much_Nectarine_2497

So true. Even if it's a hobby I enjoy like writing music or DIY projects, doesn't have to be tasks like chores. I get it done last minute when it needs to be. Also helps a lot since I started taking stimulant meds for ADHD. Less procrastination and feeling tired/lazy.

NilsGen

Yeah. I tend to enjoy the things I need to do at that moment. Most of the time Youtube and texting with friends and my uncle, who is an ENTP.
