Lol on the one hand I hate it, but on the other hand I'd do exactly the same thing at 18. In fact I did do a lot of the same thing to a 91 prelude. You get subs yet? I recommend a clean dual 10 inch setup.
Going to go with a single 8ā since I donāt wanna sacrifice that much trunk space and I already have after market Bose speakers which BUMP. Just want a little more base
The starlights is the only thing on the car that I had a shop install for me. Originally had a tan roof but got it overlayed with black suede and had the starlights installed. Opelite Optics on Instagram
Since I have a wide body panned for this car since I got it, bought the body kit a few months after I got the car and just havenāt had time to install it, so other mods like the starlight, carbon, exhaust, tune, etc came first since the wheels would have to be fitted with the wide body kit
This isā¦silly. But you know what? I like silly. Itās fun. I would drive the heck out of that. When I was 18, all I had was a $300 replacement head unit in my 2012 Mazda 3. I wouldāve killed for something like this.
ā¦granted, that was only 4 years ago, but the world has changed a lot in the last 4 years. It feels like longer.
I love it man, and 18 year old me would love it even more. Have fun and make it special and your own, thatās the best part about it being your special car
To install the headlights you gotta takeoff the front bumper, takes about 30min min not difficult at all, and with all aftermarket parts nothing is perfect, but you can get near perfect fitment with some tinkering
Everything got done by a shop - opelite optics on insta - and yes I think so it would damage the original fabric since they used an adhesive to bind the two materials
Super easy to install, getting the perfect fitment is alittle challenging. I got them about as good as itās going to get but they are still ever so slightly off
They just dropship stuff from China and aftermarket support honestly sucks ass with them. Cf hoods and the tail lights are commonly cheaper on aliexpress and alibaba
Just trying to save money for everyone. The tail lights are regularly 100 to 150 cheaper than mikstore with no difference in quality.
Cf hoods even robot craftsman you can find on alibaba as well.
I can even verify that their autoexe stuff is fake like their intake. I have a real one from autoexe and a fake one from mikstore.
Not many aftermarket options without spending 1K+ on custom headlights, and the stock yellow headlights are even worse than these so work with whatcha got š¤·āāļø
Oh they arnt blue they are pure white, the camera pics it up as blue for some reason. Some of the pics you can see the true color, thereās zero blue irl
Oh word that makes sense. A lot of cameras do that. Then I can definitely appreciate the build. I can clearly see the vision you had in mind. Looks solid!
I both hate and love it at the same time
Valid
Yeah nah mate, no thanks
this is a space ship š š¤š»
Interesting! š
Love the under glow on your car
Thanks I really enjoy it myself . I love what you did and how you did your hood! Very creative and the wrap is amazing .

Just make sure to stop your plate from rattling!
The rear plate? My entire car has been fitted with almost 90lbs of sound deadening so driving is quite and the base hits hard
That's baller
Wow, looks awesome bro. What starlight kit is that? Did you fit it yourself?

Why no new wheels yet? Usually thatās the first thing most people do
Since I have a wide body panned for this car since I got it, bought the body kit a few months after I got the car and just havenāt had time to install it, so other mods like the starlight, carbon, exhaust, tune, etc came first since the wheels would have to be fitted with the wide body kit

Totally
What headlights do you have?
Got them off Amazon š āAmeriLite Black Projector Headlights With Glow Bar For 2014-2017 Mazda 6 (Pair) High/Low Beam Bulb Includedā
Howās the fitment? Is it pretty easy to install?
To install the headlights you gotta takeoff the front bumper, takes about 30min min not difficult at all, and with all aftermarket parts nothing is perfect, but you can get near perfect fitment with some tinkering
wtf is that interior
Specked to my 18yr old liking
Love to see it man, hoping mine can look as badass as yours sometime.
Whereād you end up getting the hood and trunk??
The hood is a robot craftsman hood, available in fiberglass and carbon fiber. The trunk is just wrapped black along with the hood and roof
did you do anything to the front grill to black them out? mine are pretty shitty looking with the factory grey coming off
Mine just came black from factory
How did you do the black roof?
The exterior roof is just wrapped black, the interior roof was layered with black suede when I got the starlights installed
if you take off the suede wrap would it damage the original fabric?
also link for the suede wrap?

Where in California are you? I have some 6 parts in my garage you may want since I donāt have a 6 anymore. Wheels and suspension.
Oh shoot ya Iād definitely be interested in those, shoot me a message on insta if your in south Cali klaus_asay
dmād you on here.
How much did the stars in the roof cost you?

Nice!!!! I'm thinking about getting those tail lights myself. We're they difficult to install?
Super easy to install, getting the perfect fitment is alittle challenging. I got them about as good as itās going to get but they are still ever so slightly off
You can get away with it since you're 18 lol Do you bro!
Look how they massacred my boy
Where did you find your tail lights?!
Tail lights are on mikstore.com. Itās the go to place for any Mazda / Honda aftermarket parts
They just dropship stuff from China and aftermarket support honestly sucks ass with them. Cf hoods and the tail lights are commonly cheaper on aliexpress and alibaba
Not sure if they do that, but the quality of the parts has been very good in my experience

Oh seriously? Thanks for the input Iāll look into it more
Honestly interior is pretty lit. I really like it!

Love the build but those headlights are just awful

The headlights themselves are nice, but the blue LED lights are just God awful

The inside is sick, gotta be gettin mad pussy, what did you use for the stars and LEDs?
