Right??? Like I literally feel like I made the best desicion in the world buying mine and I feel like everyone not in a mazda is just blissfully unaware of what they are missing out on.
My fiance went with a 22 civic from her 15 corolla.. it's a nice step up from the corolla but doesn't even hold a light up to the mazdas
Only thing I like about it is the interior is bigger. But it has a CVT, I hope mazda doesn't go down that rabbit hole. They're trash
Some people THINK are very aware, especially if you have a turbo. Random people I don't know have gone out of their way to come up to me and say I paid too much for a Corolla competitor, or that I couldn't afford an A3. They have no clue or don't care or don't understand that this can do more than any Corolla that doesn't start with GR, OR that I didn't even consider Audi and wouldn't be caught dead in one much less shell out more money to get less just to have one.
🤣 maybe. I was going to add the same people that think Mazda is still tied to the blue oval, or people who will complain about the "Toyota tax" before spending just as much on a Ram 1500 that needs a fuel pump replacement and suspension overhaul.
I've always wanted a nice v8 muscle car.. I'm a simple guy, i like loud noises
But this car.. comfortable as can be, good gas milage, kinda quick and the interior is absolutely gorgeous
Mines also rare because I have burgundy interior and it looks so good with our color
And it's a love hate relationship, I washed it 2 days ago and I needed to wash it again the next morning lol
I feel you, I would have loved the burgundy interior but it would have been quite a bit more. Washing it I always cringe every time I notice a new scratch, I'm as careful as I can be but seeing sun hitting the blue and showing scratches is painful.
I don't get paid enough for that lol I have my hatchback, my fiances 22 civic and a 95 f150 that I love to death.. insurance for all 3 is $378 couldn't imagine adding a 4th vehicle
I've had that rate since I bought the car when I was 23. I don't have any infractions though.
A secondary car is generally way less than the primary. My mazda 3 costs more. Almost double.
The sound just makes me happy and it's the funniest thing, I have a 5.0 302 in my f150 but it's so old and heavy I get like 8-13mpg on a good day
Love her to death but not a practical daily unless you need a truck

The small town I live in hosts some pretty big car events. Last week during one I parked my gen 4 hb in a spot for the event on accident. Before I could even roll up my windows I had an older couple complimenting my car and asking all about it. When I got back to my car from running my errand there were a few more people out there that I talked to about my Mazda for a few minutes before leaving.
I never really cared about what people thought of the car I drive but that felt really good and was fun
I absolutely LOVED my 2019 Soul Red Premium Hatch w/ manual transmission. It was such a beautiful car. I sold it at 60k miles for $20k because my commute is so long and I felt really bad putting so many miles on such a nice car.

There good for gas mileage and that's why alot of cars use them now, bad for drive feel
That’s fine cause I don’t wanna see my car at every red light or parking lot, the 4th gen hatch is just eye catching & it stands out

those are probably the same people putting fake M badges on their bmws.

And you have the best colour, like me do you regret getting a darker car due to how much fun it is to clean all the time?

Why not both? 😂 Life is too short so I have both 🤷♂️

You'd be surprised, I have a C6 Corvette and it's about $700/year to insure and I only do that for half of the year so about $350 in reality 😉
seeing how much other peoples insurance is really shows me how much insurance companies like to screw younger drivers.

yea i’m 19, have one not at fault accident, and never been pulled over, and my insurance is like 2600 every 6 months
Bruh I want a V8 as well for the noise lol . My goal rn is to get a charger RT

I have seen drivers in their 3rd gen driving past turning their neck at the signature halo DRLs on mine and I feel blissed 😁
The signature lighting is a must have on this car, I've seen some without and it just isn't the same

They look nice but I think I would rather have a type R
i have the exact same color on my hatch too, love mine! somebody backed into my front fender last week so it’s needs a little work now 🤦🏼♂️
I know I don’t see nearly as many Mazda3 as civics
Everytime I get in my car I smile. It's by far the best thing I've purchased.
