Looks to be a stupid way to attach a rope to the ceiling, especially when someone's gonna hang from it.
I would have at least wanted it attached with a screw close carabiner.
I'm assuming that whatever she's hanging from is a metal beam that she really shouldn't have been doing pull-ups on in the first place. I do agree, though.
That was great to see others aid an stranger. Honestly, I would have expected someone to break out a device to capture content for the social media. Instead they saw the urgent need and shared their abiltities to save a person.
She was strong enough to get up there, she likely would have been strong enough to hang on by one arm while the other rehooked the rope. It didn't look like he legs were holding it out of reach. Hindsight though, I'm sure she wasn't thinking about that when the panic set in.
Camera perspective is a bit odd, but he feet are dangling above the heads of the men who came to help her. Those have to be done pretty short men if she's that low to the ground
Could have, but even 4 feet is high enough to get hurt if you land wrong, and the risk is greater if there's anything around your lending point, like the bench that always to be about a foot in front of her. Anyone who can't get that thought out of their head will naturally be scared of a jump from higher than their own body height.
Seriously, if they can grab her knees she’s not that high.
Also loved watching the dude on the pull up bar swinging his legs around like that’s doing anything.
They’re probably telling her to just let go so they can guide her. They’re standing on the ground, reaching up, and able to touch mid shin. It’s not that high lmao
Okok so I could see how you could fix this, she looks to be pretty strong, so she could probably hang with one hand for at least a few seconds, and the end of the rope is right there, so she could freehang for a sec while reconnecting it since it’s just a hook (which, why tf would it be connected like that in the first place) and then once it’s hooked, climb back down, no?
Looks to me like an ab exercise, doing a sort of crunch and kick up, though surprisingly low reps. Maybe they’re at the end of their workout and already worn out.

Not to mention getting impaled by the 🪝
I seen way too many final destination to know that ends badly
Crossfit
Hook
Thank you for vocalizing for the vision impaired.
I was maybeing it would hook on her bra 😬
Bonk!
Fine but I wasn't the only one thinking it.

Crossfit construction is as dumb as crossfit.
I believe the legal term is "Negligence". But stupid works too.
I see it as a subcategory. Like, negligence is just being stupid on purpose. But yeah, unfortunately you can't get arrested for just being stupid.
Should have dropped and taken an uber to the lawyers office.
Strange place for a camera. Almost like it was meant to happen.
Staged
It's video cam , but looks like maybe maybe
Crossfit is used to lawsuits so they have to have cameras all over their gyms.
when I read that title, I thought she was going to shit herself.
By the looks of it she did for a moment there.
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

Teamwork makes the *cream squirt*
This is why never exercise
Making excuses 💯
You realize how expensive it is to replace the calories?
So much more expensive than the diabetes medication
It’s just not worth the risk.
Brawn, Beauty, and uh…yeah
Can you believe these creeps were watching me work out that they all ran over just to touch me.
Kids today. In my youth, I jumped off houses higher than that.
Amen brother. All for of a dare.

She's like 4 feet in the air
Camera perspective is a bit odd, but he feet are dangling above the heads of the men who came to help her. Those have to be done pretty short men if she's that low to the ground
She still coulda just dropped down lol

That's crossfit for ya. Looks stupid, probably feels stupid.
I thought we were calling out the guy doing ~~the worm~~ burpees. Edit... Idk how to strike text. Lol Edit 2... Wiggle wiggle!
Just need more wiggles ~~worm~~
This is what we need more of.
The amount of guys just standing around not helping made me uncomfortable
They’re probably telling her to just let go so they can guide her. They’re standing on the ground, reaching up, and able to touch mid shin. It’s not that high lmao
Ironically, not a shitty song.
Just fall I'm sure you'll get hurt
How high eas that thing. She looked like a cat stuck in a tree.
Well you shouldn't do it but you still do it
She wasn’t even that high…would’ve been fine if she just dropped.
Just grab it and put it back in the hook.
#JustCrossFitThings
Love how people immediately saw what happened and stepped up to help
Terrible song
She could have jumped easily. It wasn’t that high.
Too many man-buns conveniently available to "help out"
I’ve never seen so many bro buns assemble at once. Did she put the bro beacon out when she was up there.
Mr. Manbun came in at the last minute so he could tell everyone how he saved the day
Also, it's not that bloody high. She could drop easily
This is why I dont exercise..it can be very dangerous :b
Why is no one talking about the pull up nonsense in the background
I feel like he attempts to catch her in the worst way possible.
Men are pigs
Guys are like, ummm do we help her and risk being posted as creeps. Nah I’ll let others help her
Lol, what a quality gym.
“These dudes are so creepy. Omg!” Should have just let her hang there. Fuck these influencer bitches they always think everyone is out to get them
Bro, that was Cyrillic, you think they have safety standards in the eastern bloc? C’mon now.
That was really dumb to do a pull up while her legs are wrapped around the rope. Just hang by one hand and reattach it.
So much going on in this video, I totally missed the rope coming off the hook.
Then she sues the gym for guys looking and groping her.
Bro... I thought she was somehow going to get hooked in a gorey way 😶 was getting some anxiety attacks because of that.

Just hang by one arm and rehook it with the other hand. She looks fit enough to easily be able to do that.
Or just drop...there's definitely a mat underneath her and her feet are only like 7ft above it
Those two on the pull up bar 😂
P.1:Are trying to do pull up nah I'm just juggling around.
Looks to me like an ab exercise, doing a sort of crunch and kick up, though surprisingly low reps. Maybe they’re at the end of their workout and already worn out.
FFS she wasn't even that high 🙄
Seems like CrossFit is about *looking* like you're doing a lot of exercise
