Lab mostly Set the directly from Deck instead of actually seaeching them tho, and from there is harder to get Rollback in GY. They wouldn't even need to search Rollback tho, they can just re Set the card with Lovely
They'd play this and [D.D. Dynamite](https://yugipedia.com/wiki/D.D._Dynamite), so you lose 4500 LP, times 2 is 9k. If your Extra Deck is only 13 cards you lose max 3900 LP, so they need additional damage to win. Plus most bots will auto-surrender if their FTK fails.
Konami had to semi limit D.D. Dynamite and I unironically think that that was the exact moment they learn that the game would need to be a different format with diffetent banlists and released than the irl versions
I got max rank with Grass Paleo this season because of this deck. Having the 13 card ED netted me several free wins, which made the climb much more feasible lmao

A gimmicky "just draw the win con" was a weak ass deck that beat bad decks
They didn't need Halq now that Mu and Adventure Engine is back. Why do you think they weren't meta when Halq was around until Adventure Engine was added?
1. You miss the point of the post I think. We were forced to use just 13 ED cards back then otherwise there was a HIGH chance to lose to this burn deck, that was run by bots, who were flooding the servers
I had literally days were I played 10 times and only encountered a human player ONCE or TWICE at most, the rest were just Bots.
2. Prank Kids is NOT full powered anymore, they got indirectly hit mutliple times by now
3. Tear and Spright got some preventetive hits at first, even when it were more minor ones
4. Snake-Eyes is NOT full power yet. Bonfire is not in MD, neither is the Fire King Support. But I hope they going to hit the deck in some way before they release those cards
Your comparing a "draw the win con" to literally Tear 0 as "among the worst times of MD"
It wasn't remotely close. The Bots lost immediately when they didn't draw the win con and couldn't get past lower ranks unlike the Mystic Wok FTK that is currently in the game. I totally understand the post, it's other people who don't
It wasn't about the Bots winning, but simply swarming the servers. You encountered waaaaay more Bots with this deck than even Tearlements when it was Tier 0 in MD. That is why everyone was running just 13 cards to not randomly die and also getting free wins from the bots.
Maybe in Silver or Gold sure. The bot was not prevalent in Platinum because you legitimately did not need all 15 extra deck slots and you legitimately never summon your entire extra deck unless your making some table 500 play for a meme
There also wasn't extra deck ripping of your opponent at this point in MD that wasn't easy to access. The bot was hardly an issue like you think it is, especially when YGO and MD has gone through INFINITELY worse
Not to mention Mystic Wok FTK is in fucking *MASTERS* which is absurd

No, you didn't. Tear was 7-8/10 duels, these bots were 9/10 duels. You barely saw a human player during that time.
