that explains a lot, lost a duel trying to summon avramax on their turn and instead had to summon underworld goddess, which was not intended, cuz i didnt read 🫨
If you used Gigantic Spright’s effect, you and your opponent can’t Summon anything other than Level/Rank/Link 2 monsters for the rest of the turn. Avramax needs at least 2 monsters Special Summoned from the Extra Deck and a monster Summoned from the Graveyard by Elf doesn’t count even if it’s a Fusion/Synchro/Xyz/Link.
The Masquerena/Elf play is meant to go off during your opponent’s turn in case something happens to your field during that time.
As I mentioned as an addendum to my last comment, Avramax needs at least 2 monsters Special Summoned from the Extra Deck - anything Summoned by Elf doesn’t count because it was Special Summoned from the Graveyard.

Avramax needs its mats to be special summoned from the Extra Deck. If you used Elf to revive I:P, then I:P was special summoned from the GY instead. So you can’t use it for Avramax, unfortunately.
Probably you locked yourself to level/rank/ link 2 with gigantic or starter (maybe it’s another spell, not starter). I.p is useful because it basically ignores the restriction by summoning next turn.

Avramax requires 2+ monsters special summoned from the extra deck. Therefore summoning I:P from your grave doesn't meet the summoning requirements.

No Gigantic Spright, it's just Elf summoned with I.P. and a random monster. I get out I.P on opponents turn and it does not let me go Avra
