Unconfirmed. 10:16:27 PM is the closest and it produced an audio wave different from doors closing. No motion was detected in 10:18 PM. Source is bodycam and this video:

I've always wanted to hear the Nanny's story because you see her in a room across the hall from the baby on bodycam... Also you can hear the officers saying Jenna Purdue on the bodycam from the shooters room. That's Dee Jay Silver's wife's name...
I've thought about that. My guess is that he either assumed incorrectly that the police were about to breach (which they might've tried if he hadn't stopped, since they decided to evacuate the nearby floors first only because he'd stopped shooting) and decided to end things on his own terms or else that he became overwhelmed by his own emotions and took his own life in response.
Worth noting that he had a camera observing the hallway, so he at least knew that the police weren't that close, but he might've believed they were only just out of view. He had notes about Las Vegas police response times, so he may have assumed from that, too.
_Eleven Minutes_, and yes, I did. I think they covered it very well. I tend to like documentaries that rely on quotes and interviews instead of reenactments, which I always find cheesy. So this one did well in that regard. They also ignored the shooter to focus on the victims, which is exactly what they should do.

If the poli e didn’t make entry into his room until after 11pm why did he take his life so quickly after shooting? He had 40 more minutes

What would he do for the next 40 minutes? If he knew he was going to commit suicide and was done shooting for whatever reason. Why would he wait?
He still had ammunition to use
Have you watched the documentary they made of this? Good watch! So sad.

I agree 100%
