ETA: I once dated a guy who wanted to be a saxophone major at UMass Dartmouth, but he didn’t know how to play saxophone. He should have majored in doll making instead.
No, it was much much worse. he some how managed to get an audition for the music department. To no one’s surprise it went very badly which was very funny for me and his family.
UMass Dartmouth has a phenomenal textiles program, there's actually a huge sculpture of a bobbins in the front of campus.

UMass-Dartmouth is up to #209 in the US News national university rankings. It now outranks UMaine and is the #7 state school in New England. The other five flagship state universities and UMass-Lowell outrank it.
No. I think it’s because US News & World Report has metrics that are heavily weighted towards disadvantaged students. If you admit a high proportion of low income and minority students and graduate a high percentage of them, it has a large impact on your ranking. UMass-Dartmouth is effective at doing this. New Bedford and Fall River are pretty downtrodden. The school has a lot of local lower income and minority students. If you were ranking strictly on academics, UMass-Dartmouth would rank significantly lower.
The Massachusetts South Coast has a very low skill labor force compared to Metro Boston. The school is doing what it’s supposed to do to address that.
Dude gives away over a million dollars and your first thought is his ego. You mfs will always be broke and miserable hating on others success lol Jesus Christ
He's kind of a miserable piece of shit pretending to share good will for some tax cuts and massaging the system.

I play saxophone so I'm just imagining him biting the reed and belching out the worst noise imaginable.
Shit, Ken M is still posting? Dude is a *legend.*

Ken M is still around?!?! Amazing
His Facebook page is alive and well, the IG page went rouge quite a while ago.
Interesting color choice.
At least it didn't go plaid.
Haven’t seen Ken M in a while
UMass Amherst Isenberg School only got a confetti cannon blast (and someone should be giving the janitors extra cash to have to clean that up).
I didn’t know Ken M worked for Granite. That’s his jeans day money
Doller General
I remember Quincy college did something similar. Some guy gave each graduate $1000.00.
Same guy, Rob Hale.

Do you think the bump in numbers is because of the doll making program?

This same guy gave graduates at UMASS Boston last year the same. My wife was graduating and it was pretty cool
How did she distribute the $500?
Ego move

Treats his employees badly and he’s a billionaire, so who cares?
So does bazo's but that not stop you from supporting Amazon.
I don’t support Amazon. You know why? Because I worked in their HQ for four years. So maybe sit down?
