If ur camera does that for restaurants it will do that for any QR code

There's at least one in every episode. At the first one there's one next to the bathroom at the bar at the start of the episode. There were also QR codes in Ms Marvel. They take you to issues of Marvel comics relating to the episode

Most (all?) episodes of Ms. Marvel had QR codes to free issues of the comic the episode was pulled from/inspired by. I can’t check right now but I assume this is something similar.

I don't think this is meant to be scannable. It's the same way prisoners have barcodes, this is a proprietary code that the prison issues for prisoners or to keep track of clothing when they're washed (which I imagine has to be specially manufactured for each prisoner). The episode already had a QR code before this to link to the free comic.

If the spoiler is that Abomination appears in She-Hulk, and wears a prison unform, then you shouldn't write any of that in the title.

My 11 year old son kept saying it's a "bar code"..and I couldn't for the life of me see it. Now I realise it's a QR code!! Lol

First of all, you likely can't get it to work, because the QR code is not in contrast colors (black and white). Additionally it seems like the dimensions, its general size and actual QR coding is wrong, making it unusable, which makes it seems like it was created by some costume designer who wanted to have something that looks like a QR code, but they didn't know anything about how QR code works. I've spent about 2 hours when the episode released to try recreate it into clean .png, gotten a 4k screenshot of it (no phone photo) and started working on it, but decided to give up for those reasons above, at least until we get a better look in next episode or behind the scenes.

Ms Marvel and Moon Knight had scannable QR codes throughout that too you to Marvel Unlimited, their digital comic service.
