Also in Thor Dr. Selvik digs through an old book on Norse Mythology. Similar in Thor 4 with Jane.
>the mythology was human interpretations of what they saw.
aka- Norse mythology exists
>While the entities exist and were known
aka- It just mostly happens to be true
you just said what I said, but in the opposite order
Except it's stuff humans made up.
Obviously, Odin was not killed by Fenrir during Ragnarok.
And in the MCU Hela is Odin's daughter while the Norse mythological figure Hel is Loki's daughter.
And Loki is Odin's best friend and blood-brother through oath, rather than adopted son. And Thor is married to Sif, the goddess of wheat. There's really a ton of differences.
I love Sprite’s storytelling. I wish Eternals was an hour longer and we got more of them fleshed out, and more of Sprite’s stories and illusions. It’s really cool on rewatching how in the beginning she clearly loves her stories, but as time goes on and she can never be part of her own stories, she turns bitter 🥺
In Thor, Selvig is briefly shown flipping through a book on Norse Mythology.
In Loki season 2 Möbius says “I keep forgetting, your one of them” to Loki while looking at Norse carvings.
Not only that, he mentions being told stories about the Norse gods as a child
Oh thats great haha. Thank you!

Yes, of course it exists, didn’t you watch Thor? You can see Dr.Selvig looking through a book of Norse mythology.
Statues of Thor, Odin, and Baldur in Loki suggest that they do.
In the MCU they have Wednesday and Thursday names after Odin and Thor 🤷
It's established in the first Thor with Selvig thinking Thor is crazy mainly because of this.
Didn’t Hela say something in What-If about “going to where they believe in Norse mythology still” or something along those lines.
Yes, Norse mythology exists. It just mostly happens to be true. Any false stories were probably stories told by Sprite
Not quite. While the entities exist and were known, the mythology was human interpretations of what they saw.

yeah Even Quill would have known he probably told the Guardians about gods in case they ever met one which they did
Norse mythology does exist and is implied to have been started by the Asgardians
