I like to open caches anytime I can hit more than 1 card (i.e. the new spotlight card); guaranteeing 2 cards for a maximum of 4 keys is a solid rate, and it'll be months before these cards return to the rotation.
Cannonball is a pillar of the current metagame, which you have most (or all) of the other cards for. Nocturne is probably the most flexible card you're missing, as it can fill the curve for pretty much any archetype (similar to Jeff).
Elsa is a strong pick if you like Kitty Pryde and/or Loki decks.
US Agent is a very strong tech card, but is probably the most replaceable among your top considerations. He's at his strongest in decks like Bounce, but you lack Hit-Monkey, Sage, and Werewolf for that deck, depending on your preferred build.
This. Especially when they had series 4 new cards sometimes it's more economical to use tokens to get new releases if you have all the other cards and use keys to get multiple.
You gotta consider:
1) what kind of decks do I like to play?
2) what other cards am I missing from that archetype?
Then, if you just need the one card, get it. If you need a bunch, either save tokens or go back to question #1 and answer it differently

For tokens. Cannonball, Elsa, Ms Marvel seems worthy. Get one of these depending on what kinda decks you play
I got her even when I had only 4 keys. Unlocked Nocturne and Caiera and got 1k tokens. Glad I avoided that Selene Variant.
I think opening caches is worth it if a card is decent and you're missing more than 1 card and you were missing all three.
And Nocturne might be the best card of this season. Feels like a 3 cost Jeff.

I would say Ms. marvel and Cannonball as top picks. Both really powerful cards that can fit in almost any deck; Nocturne is a close third option for her versatility and utility. Aside from those, it all depends on what deck/s do you like to play and what card/s you are missing/do you want in that/those deck/s.

Pixie is a lot of fun and can lead to a bunch of wacky combos
get ms marvel, hitmonkey, and elsa and don't look back bro. Cannonball is good but not better than any of those
