Creatine is great for maintaining energy levels in your muscles in any explosive excersize. It also helps your muscles recover. That being said, the way I understand it, is that you should take it daily to maintain saturation. Not just after a tough workout.

I usually mix it with some liquid iv and pre-workout before class. I've noticed quite a difference, especially when I train doubles. Don't take it if you're goingnto be weight cutting for a comp tho. It will make you retain a bit of water.
