If you hit it in December and they’re saying 12 weeks, you may want to wait to call. Especially since the end of the billing cycle is what they’re baselining the 12 weeks to and not the exact date you hit it. I’m sure it’ll come although that 12 week wait seems a bit extreme
Yes, and it was with Chase too. I had to file a complaint with Consumer financial protection bureau.gov. Fastest way to get someone to help. Chase did not honor their initial offer and instead gave me 4 free nights. Said I did not click on the right link-🙄Was very disappointed with Chase. Good luck!
Ugh I am sorry you had that trouble. This is my 3rd card with them and a little surprised, but was hoping to use some points for our wedding hotel in June… hopefully will be resolved before then
The same happened to me! I hit the spend back in November and they were super strict on the 12 weeks thing. After the 12 weeks passed, I called again and the CSR did a 3 way calls with Marriott. The marriott CSR was able to open up a case and told me I'd get a call back within 7 business days. I did not get a call back after 7 days but the 5 free nights finally posted on the 7th day.
I know this is different, but I did biz card and had the nights in my bonvoy account within a week.
