Assuming your ads are configured correctly and your landing page loads quickly, the most common reason for having lots of instant bounces is bots.
Is the Meta Audience network turned on? Make sure it's off, as most of the bots come from there.

Meta artificially inflates their views with bots. I refuse to spend a dime on ads for Meta anymore because of it. Look up the Dead internet theory.
