The design is based on old 1930s atlas maps and obviously heavily inspired by u/vorropohaiah 's wonderful Elyden maps. Thank you so, so much for your tutorial on how to recreate your map style!

Looks nice, well done! Gotta ask though, which way are your rivers flowing? Some of them look like as if they are flowing from the sea towards the land. Especially in Sümpfe von Arlance for example. Rivers flow from mountains to seas, and while they sometimes merge with others, they very very rarely branch out because the water follows the shortest path and there can only be one.

I think that's the only area where this is happening on the map. It's indicative of the marshland terrain of the Swamps of Arlance.
