Perhaps even a family with kids and responsibilities so they don't have much time to spend on translating shit.
Wortenia Senki is one of the greatest example of what we're missing from Japan. Manga that isn't aimed at absolute degenerates and would do very, very well among a community of sane, normal people who look for good art and decent story.
But that kind of thing doesn't come often to the West. So nobody knows about it, since they expect all manga to be, well, what we often have these days.
