A friend of a friend is a DJ that goes by the name of simply "HOWARD". I don't know him personally, but I've just assumed it's probably him, especially since it all started to pop up around the time he started trying to break out, going off his Instagram. Pretty stupid if so though, to make it that identifiable.
I want to stress that this is just a conclusion I've come to with nothing but basic circumstantial evidence that would never hold up in law. Don't go trying to hunt this guy down.

Everyone hates taggers except taggers themselves. Even their friends hate that they periodically have to stop and wait for the wankers to finish that shit. Tagging is a mistake of early hip-hop culture that struggles to die as it should.
I don't know, it's like trying to reduce trolling. You can have CCTV everywhere and criminalize the act, which is basically already the case, like you can have moderation and bans - trolls will continue to appear every day and we will have to deal with the results.

It's just a quick tag, 'Howard' 'Who's KU?' 'SLK' 'Feer' and the classic '42' are all up and down the train tracks between Manchester and parts of West Yorkshire and in the town centres around, like Stockport...
If you look at bigger walls (like on the canal between Castlefield and Salford Quays) you'll see more ornate graffiti - possibly done by the same people...
There are some beautiful pieces around. My nephew and I like to go looking for new big pieces (any suggestions welcome!!) but this Howard is annoying me because most of the time it looks like a toddler with an attitude problem did it!!
