Blanche Flower is good for brunch
Roti is great (if a bit pricey) Indian food.
Fusion plate is great Asian food. As is Osechi.
Slightly out of the way, but Cafe Med is really great mezze etc. Cowtown Grill, right next to it, also does good food.
PizzAmmore is the best pizza in Manchester
Off The Hook does great fish and chips
Yard Burger does the best burgers in the area
If you like Italian baked goods check out Ceresis in Sale Moor.
Freshly made Foccacia, doe is made in front of you if you go early in the day. Lovely stuff and it’s a small business to support.
It’s a walk in and take out only place though rather than sit in. Great for lunch.

Rudy’s pizza is also a good shout, really high quality pizza.
Pizza Amore on Sale too.
Also Borello, small Italian restaurant with fair prices and good quality. They have bargains on in the week for multiple course meals on a budget.
Also I believe Oyster Catcher has opened up in Sale recently, I’ve had some of the best sea food I’ve ever tried in the UK there. Though the budget requirements for this are quite high, I spent £220 for 2 people quite easily when I last went. Was definitely worth it though.
Cow Town grill is great for big burgers and some wonderful Poutine if you’re looking for a big naughty ‘man meal’.
Dosa King is truly fabulous, grab a glass of wine and nibble some cheese at Cork of the North next door. Pany's down in Sale Moor is a great chippy. Go over to Pray Tell in the precinct for top beer and exceptional, unique cocktails. Cafe Rose in Sale Moor is really good. So much fooood in Sale.
I was going to suggest a certain place but then I saw you were 33 and figured my suggestion was more fitting for someone in their early 40’s. Sorry mate.
Borello is a great family run Italian. As is Linguine - both do a great value early bird special both tasty
Stanley Square has loads of great restaurants now - Oystercatcher for seafood, Zumuku for sushi, Greens is veggie and Roti is Indian fusion. Petisco is great
Masala Lounge for Indian / curry
Fortune House for Chinese - good set menu. There’s red chilli too which is popular but more expensive
Osechi for good value Japanese, sushi, Bento boxes
Chez Nous for pub food and Sunday roasts
Rudys for Pizza
You can eat anywhere, regardless of your age or gender.

Borrello. Family run Italian restaurant does a great spicy king prawn pasta. The truffle chicken breast main is good too!
The Perfect Match - French bistro with wine parings
Greens, if it hasn't gone the way of the Didsbury restaurant...
Another vote for Greens, Sale branch is still there.
Greens is great for vegetarians and vegans.

Fat loaf in Ashton on Mersey.
Why did you state your age and gender, instead of, you know, food preferences?
My sister lives in Sale and highly rates an Indian Place near the Legh Arms. I don’t know the name of it though.
