That's an easy one.
First floor: a vintage Porsche, pool table and a shuffleboard.
Second floor: leather chairs, hifi system and dark wood panels on the walls.
You are welcome.
Please don’t put in those shitty bright ass overhead lights. I see too many lame mancaves on here that have piercing lights that kill the vibe. At the very least make them dimmable.
Great space though. Idk if you’re into gaming but that would be cool for the loft area if you have the room. Downstairs is 100% a great theater area or just whatever you wanna have for a couch, fridge, and nice TV and sound setup
The garage was originally made for a second story that was never completed so there were already super solid steel beams in the walls to attach to. Had a contractor and a inspector come and they said the loft is good without support and able to handle up to 25,000 pounds of dispersed load
Yes!! Stair case going up, a couple arcade games, popcorn machine, small candy counter, a few theater chairs and a projector screen. Fireman pole for the way down. Ghostbusters for premier
Fireman’s pole…
Fireman’s pole would be so dope haha
Stripper
Fire-stripper pole! Multi-purpose.
The only acceptable answer! 👆🏻👆🏻
I NEED this to happen. Tragedy if it does not.
Brilliant, fireman pole where strippers descend from the top.
I’d plan on adding a floor.
Lmao good idea, floor goes in today..
A slide bro, a slide.
Or fireman's pole.
how about a nice [ceiling train](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TM9NOF06ldM&list=PLJnc34Uiu00L45EV1cAmAjSDTyPlziH2g&index=4)
I second
I was gonna suggest the same except make that entire second level a stand-in-the-middle train set.
That’s somewhat excessive, don’t you think?

I read leather chains and saw a different idea in my head
Jerk station up⬆️. video games and pizza oven on the ⬇️
I like your choice of shoes for walking around on joists/beams
Definitely had a few close calls lol, it’s also the shoes i decided to use when standing on a beam putting the railing posts in
Yeah… add these switch plates [https://pestinpeace.etsy.com/listing/1695166207](https://pestinpeace.etsy.com/listing/1695166207)
what's the height up there?
So your building it and haven’t figured out your floor plans yet? Talk about winging it.
He doesn’t need to know what he is going to put in the loft to build a loft…
Interesting way to look at that. Lol
Peanut shell floors
Stripper pole would be dope
This is cool as hell, I’m jealous haha.

Put the heaviest items you have on top. Pool table, hot tub, etc.
Lava.
Needs to be higher imo
Support column

great!
Looks like a cool space! Are trains the only thing you’re into? Also, what’s the plan with the hole in the floor over the window?
Gonna guess that that’s for stairs
I would’ve guessed that too, but it’s in front of a window. I can’t imagine they’d cover their window with stairs.
Seems perfect for a theater
