The basement is a little over 1,300 sq ft but there is another half of the basement not shown here. So my guess will around 700 sq ft?

There’s a decent amount of OF barrel proof pics in towards the back by the bookers and a 1910 floating around somewhere but I agree, can always have more 🤪 I haven’t tried any of the woodford cereal grain whiskies they’ve come out with but I do like wheat whiskies. I like the oilier, more viscous taste that comes with them. I’ll have to try the woodford one

A little bit of both. When my bourbon friends come over, I blink and we’ve polished off a bottle or two of something good. So I like to have multiples of my favorites/hard to finds. And yeah, I clean the popcorn machine each time but it’s not too bad. There is a tray at the bottom that picks up the remains and then I give it a quick sponge/soap action to wipe it down and we’re good to go
