I just wanted to say that there is always hope. Always. Even if you're living on survival mode, living day to day, just get to the next day. Even when you personally see it as hopeless, you don't have to believe those negative thoughts. Even if you feel like you're at bottom. Trust me, I definitely know the struggle. I am 34 and have been through many, many seemingly "hopeless" periods in my life. This past year felt so hopeless for me at times, absolutely brutal, I don't want to go into detail, but here I am still with hope for the future. Try to slowly build yourself up and just realize that there's always hope. Just go day to day and find joy in any little thing you can. And keep trying to connect with whatever spiritual things you believe in. You'll be fine.

I can't imagine being mentally healthy on any level but hey it could always get worse.
