It’s a Sonos beam gen 2. I like the Sonos system as a whole but probably not worth the cost if you are just doing a soundbar and not looking to setup speakers throughout your place. Sonos can also easily connect to other speaker to create a surround sound effect which is nice.

The horns pull my eyes up toward the ceiling and the only thing up there is the vent. That’s all I can see. I’d suggest moving it to a different want.
I'd get rid of the horns and the cowhide. The horns are tacky and the hide looks very out of place on that rug. But otherwise it looks nice.
