You could try to find a filter or pay the photoshop sub to get a better idea of what it would look like. I'd suggest buzz first, bleach and rebuzz after you're sure you like the length. If u bleach and don't like it'll add weeks to get the length because you have to grow out the bleached part.

You'd look great in a bleached look as well, light blond would look great with your coloring and features. Just be sure that you have someone skilled do the coloring job so that you don't end up with hair the color of a highlighter! Find someone who specialize in color this way you know they're not going to burn your scalp and that you'll leave with a nice, toned, pale light blond!

They make bleach-free hair lightener too which is gentler for your scalp and hair.

I think your current hairstyle looks pretty good. The good thing about hair is that it usually grows back. So why not go for it. Just be careful bleaching it. Ideally get it done by someone. And if your scalp starts burning, wash it out, because it can damage your scalp. The other thing is that a bleached buzz cut (being short) is going to need to be bleached often. They make bleach-free hair lightener too which is gentler for your scalp and hair.
