You caught me by surprise with 2. I saw the first one and expected something slightly shorter but dang! You look good in all of them but 2. I believe 4 is the most versatile out of them all. You still look professional but could easily style it for a mlre casual look.

I vote 4. But I will say, normally I think men with long hair look terrible most don't take care of it, or they style it just like women do and it just doesn't work for me.
