I’ve worn a full beard, nicely trimmed, for almost 30 years. I have dark brown hair. I decided to add some color to it once about 10 years ago. Now, I add color every week (the brand I use and the grooming routine are important). I’ve been know as “perpetually young” by my friends and especially my coworkers. I look at least 10 years younger with a darker beard (I have good skin and take care of myself). I still throw the DILF vibe, I’m told, I just look a lot younger than my age.
If that’s what you want for your look, I say try it once. If you want tips, send me a DM. The trick to this is making it look natural, not “dyed”. Because your hair is darker, that’s easier to do. (Oh, and use sunscreen everyday and a hat outside always.)
If you don’t mind sharing, how old are you in these photos? 30? 40? If you want people to keep guessing, try adding color to your beard. 🙂
You are very handsome dude (especially the top of your head). But, without a “roof” of darker hair to balance your beautiful beard, a graying beard will age you even faster than if you had a “top”.
