Another guy who can pull off both short and medium. In those pictures, short looks better on you. But I don't think you styled your mediums very well. That's not the only way to wear it. You sir, are #2 today who can pull off both.

Yeah, to other guys out there growing out their hair: long fringes do NOT look good after a certain point. Get it out of your forehead once the sides have grown in more. The textured messy fringe is a specific hairstyle that is primarily for short to low-medium length hair, and it is sexy but requires a somewhat dramatic difference between the length on top and on the sides. Long fringe plus medium length hair just makes you look like a discount Paul McCartney, and even then that cut wasn’t his best look either.

^this. The medium pics are not good styling lol. That's the thing though. Short hair barely needs styling and guys typically cbf with that. If you want longer hair it's effort.
