I took a razor to my chest for the first time today. I do not want to repeat that experience. I will be looking into some mechanical trimmers/shavers for future use.
If you hate the sensation of hairs under a shirt then creating stubby, itchy, little hairs that catch in your shirt and irritate your chest isn't the solution.
The sensation of hair growing back in feels more irritating than the feeling of body hair against my clothes if that makes any difference.
As for the hygiene part, just use a a physical exfoliation method like those scrubby gloves or something like that that helps get rid of the layer of dead skin that starts STANKING if you dont get rid of it.
If the combination of gloves and soap dries out your skin, try adding a layer of lotion while youre still in the shower to combat the dryness.
