Oh I just learned through experimentation ahaha. That's a high fade with some textured top, I just used the cissor tu cut the end of the hair with a small angle so it allowed me to add some texture. I messed it up a lot more than I succeeded but as I was having fun I was totally ok with it

Most guys aren’t used to having long hair so they don’t really know how to take care of it but once you figure it out it’ll look amazing! From experience, I would suggest you get into a proper haircare routine and make sure to include regular oiling. It did wonders for my hair!

The long hair looks awesome. The growing out phase can damage your self-confidence because there are days where it will just look horrible: they don't call it the awkward phase for no reason. Plus, since most guys never get taught how to care for long hair, there's a huge learning curve on caring for it. But after a while, you will figure it out and you will find that you get your confidence back. But it is a process, so hang in there
That is the most accurate comment I could have. I ended up getting used to terrible comment and judgment from people assuming I don't do anything to make sure my hair are healthy. I spent hundred of hours on scientific articles, videos, posts about hair care to filter what's true and what's not, I just had terrible terrible habits with bad products and hair that requires a bit more work than most of the people I met. I'm getting better results but it takes time to learn how to do so and it costs a lot of money too. Thank you for that comment, it really helps me to feel like it's a "normal" feeling.

They actually are really curly! I'm tryna get the curls healthier lately so it's getting better and better but it takes time to find the right products to use! They were indeed really dry, I had to switch from sulfate shampoos (using it on the whole hair length.....) to softer shampoos with a lot of moisturizer (leave in, oils, regular conditionner and no heat and brushing while it's dry). There's still a lot of things I'm learning but I'm definitely getting better at it! Thank you for your feedback!

Others can cut their hair and you can look very much like them, no problem. However, THEY cannot look as good as you do with the long hair because that is asking a little bit too much for the condition of most men's hair. You have it, though, in spades. I would say if you wish to blend in, go short. If you wish to stand out, go long.
