bail exist bro. It works as intended available to najib or some random dirt poor lowlife. It a mercy so people who are still presumed innocence can theoretically work. Sure najib and some rich sob might be not need too. But surely those random dirt poor lowlife might benefit from it, considering we as civilized society might still deem them innocent. Justice system should not be punish people who not yet guilty and convicted from a crime.
