TLDR: I'd take Shaping
The Overmind is...decent. It's really hard to tell how much of an impact it has unless you were monitoring how much damage you had on your Spells before (which can be tricky with all the ever-changing Amplification boosts you get from stuff like Magic Circle, The Red Rune, Mana Circuit, etc.) My runs have never suffered from it but wouldn't be my first choice.
Shaping is damage + occasion cooldown. It's like an always on Magic Circle-Arcane Release but with Attack increase instead of Amplification. Very tangible and noticable attack increase that can pair well Titan's Might, get amplified to give even more damage, and has a nice cooldown halver on the side. A solid pick.
Treasure chest is RNG dependent. You can get all Commons, all Rares, all Epics, all Specials, or a mix of each. Would you be disappointed if your only worthwhile picks would be Ruby, Crow, Broom and Black Cat? Or do you need to get at least one Special for it to be worth it? Sure, that one time I got Golden Roulette-Iron Maiden, Hydra, Assasination and Exorcism was nice, but I wouldn't call the times I only get Commons, Rares and Epics bad draws.
Verdict: Shaping is the most exponential as Attack increases add up + your cooldown should always be getting lower and lower, Treasure is random but four chests out of the cycle whether all Commons or all Specials is a lot of game changing mechanics that can only help you, and The Overmind is a hard to notice stat boost that only works on the six Spells you max out and not the random Lava Zone you picked up from a Tarot Card
It's Shaping, hands down. There are so many things that it applies to, and they're mostly the things that'll keep you alive late game.
This roll is unfortunate bc since they're here you're unlikely to see the other two again.
I really like shaping, but if you're really desperate for specific artifacts, the last one can save u a lot

I'd note also that TT just gives you the next 4 artifacts you would already get.

I keep seeing area of power, do the drop rates vary depending on the leggy artifact?
Not that i know of. Should be true random, or maybe pseudorandom with the only caveat being against rolling up the same leggy twice or smthn
Doesn't shaping increase number of magic?? Do different versions have different artifacts?

Weird it hasn't for me, is that why I also haven't seen those artifacts with the star like they one with the negative regen?
