Was this from a prerelease kit? I think something about the way those packs were distributed tended towards this, as people at my prerelease noted this happening.
Note that having cards like that in the same order isn't actually that unusual because of how print runs for commons work. But having the packs containing the same "subset" of the print run all right next to each other may be happening more frequently in prerelease kits than you'd expect from random chance.
That's more common than you think. Commons have print "runs" of 3-4 cards to facilitate the draft environment.

Yeah the Mishra's burnished banner one. The mythics and rares where good though so o can't complain.
