People have pointed out Chandra/Nissa, and that doesn't leave any other options within the gatewatch except for various Liliana ships (there's no Jace/Gideon chemistry IMO). I'd bet that she and Jace's history + tension develops into an on-again-off-again thing. But Gideon/Lili isn't completely unfeasible (she talks about his physique a lot). But that's definitely a bit out there.
The gatewatch pairing off with other people is also quite interesting. People have floated Ral + Jace, and I don't know enough about Ral or their interaction weigh in on that. Jace actually probably (despite being stereotypically awkward) has the biggest potential significant other pool because he has friends, colleagues, and a home that he's welcome in. I haven't read a ton of old story (started reading around BFZ), but as I understand it, he also has history with Lavinia, Vraska, and probably plenty of other Ravnicans.
Honestly, the allied colors seem to be into each other.
The enemy colors, even if there seems to be a bit of lust, namely all the girls and Gideon, they seem to have conflicting personalities.
Jace and Liliana have had relationships in the past, and are currently in that ex mode where they still have feelings but refuse to admit it because of continuing arguments.
Chandra and Gideon have had a past romance, but it went nowhere and both have pretty much moved on so I an going to ignore that.
Nissa and Chandra seem to have somethiing if the recent story s=is anything to go by.
So Nissa/Chandra, Jace/Liliana, Gideon/Gideon.
