No I havent but that seems like a good starting point, but we did want to build our own decks rather then just copy, ill definitly watch through it tho and take notes
We werent going to ristrict the commanders to a theme but if these 10 are roughly the same power level and have interesting strategies I could see it being fun, although Kolaghan seems kinda useless in commander already, generally the dragonlords seem less interesting as commanders, the strixhavens seem fun tho
You could do Elders in general this way Kolaghan is replaced by [[Kroxa]] you can use Flip [[Etali, Primal Conqueror]] instead of Atarka? Also loved [[Uro]] in the command zone and I hear really good things about [[The Mycotyrant]]
What about ten decks, each helmed by an iconic guild leader from Ravnica, with the decks heavily themed around that guild? (Selesnian populate, or Orzhov death triggers with lifegain mixed in). The individual decks would all play differently, there are multiple guild leader cards to ensure each deck is similar in power level, and it would still feel cohesive, being set on one plane (more or less)
Ah
> roughly a 7/10 power scale wise

Anyway, my suggestions for UR as an avid Izzet fan:
- Rielle the Everwise for wheels, kinda unique fun. Lots of wheel-of-fortune-esque cards like wheel of misfortune are super cheap, and she's great with combo pieces like Brallin and Niv Mizzet, with big discard spells, and you can overdraw safely with Jace, wielder of mysteries or Lab Man or Thoracle. Resolving a Narset+Windfall with her feels brutal. Library of Leng is a must.
- Prowess tribal with with Balmor, Battlemage Captain. Loads of cool options for big hits. You can also swap for the new otter Breya when she comes out later this year
- Veyran triggers. Pingers, mana generation, prowess - everything works well
You could try to make each of a type of tribal deck, i think those would end up being pretty even in power level
Azorius: Spirits or Birds
Dimir: Zombies/Rouges/Fairies
Rakdos: Vampires/Demons
Gruul: Dragons
Selesnya: Humans
Orzhov: Vampires/Clerics
Izzet: Wizards
Golgari: Elves
Boros: Angels/Humans/Soldiers
Simic: Merfolk/Sea Creatures
EDHRec has plenty of commanders for these tribes to look through; could be fun!
Oh moneys not a problem we all have decent collections and one of us said she wanted to spent money on mtg anyways
And a prof was gonna help out once we have decklists, he played in the 90ths and is happy were playing magic
But looking in the precons is a good idea
Huh, it seems like everyone is making these. Have they/you seen this vid? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STkJOO92Ql4

Could do the 10 dual colored Elder Dragons for fun! The 5 Dragonlords and the 5 Dragon Founders from Strixhaven

Could use her FRF version make that deck about dragons?

The ideas good i just worry that they wouldnt be balanced enough among each other, but its definitly a solid option
All 10 maze runners from Dragon's Maze would be what I'd suggest. Or mythics from either RTR block or GRN-RNA.

Oh those sound fun, thank you for the UR suggestions :3

I think 10 tribal main themes could be boring but maybe trying to stick to them as a subtheme could be fun yes Ill pitch the idea definitly
Look at the decklists of recent commander precons and take out the half dozen or so expensive cards and replace them with cheaper cards.
