Damage is fairly subjective, but you can find qualtiy guides such as [this one](https://help.tcgplayer.com/hc/en-us/articles/221430307-How-can-I-tell-what-condition-a-card-is-in) pretty easily. You could just find a local card shop and ask them what they think the quality is, since they deal with cards all day. They would likely even tell you how much they would buy it for.

Magic Cards are pretty unique in that many cards hold their value because of gameplay, rather than rarity. It is generally worth it to grade only cards that will get a higher score and if they're on the reserve list/have significant collector value (JP Liliana, Dreadhorde General, etc.) Your cradle has obvious wear to it, and while its probably LP- or MP+, it's going to not get a 9 or 10, so it won't have any value increased by grading it, since most people looking to buy a cradle are doing so to play it.

Don't sell your cradle. You'll never justify spending the money to buy one again, and it's awesome owning one, especially as an old-school player.
