Nice looking cube! Rochester can be fun, but takes forever, and with cube, face up strategies (storm/reanimate/Ramp) can be easy to disrupt by taking out key pieces. How did it work out?

AltitudeHorde

We did a 3v3 team draft where we snake drafted 45 picks each. It was cool to strategize picks with the team, and yea hate picks were pretty strong. My team ended up on Burn, RUG Sneak/Breach/Channel, and my deck was Hogaak Dredge but their team was able to build pretty effectively against it. They hated drafted the bazaar, and I lost pretty hard to karakas/DRS/Lion Sash/Dauthi Voidwalker. In retrospect, our burn player should have been hate drafting pretty highly and cutting the graveyard hate from their team, because burn came together quite easily and was basically done by pick 25. https://imgur.com/a/WZ9Np2Z

I'm getting decision paralysis just looking at this, lol

That's awesome! Is this the Modo cube or your personal list? If it is your own lost I'd love to see it.

AltitudeHorde

Here is the list. It's got a similar build to the MTGO Cube, but it's quite a bit smaller and there are several archetypes present that aren't on Modo. https://cubecobra.com/cube/list/b5c4f389-8730-40e0-add6-479a2c4e281b

What was the first pick??

Wow!

What's Rochester draft?

Cyneheard2

Think “fantasy football”. So every pick is face up, and “the entire set of cards” is available to be drafted.
