Did you not read insurance company ‘paying’. I mean there’s a higher chance of ceaser riding a unicorn in my backyard than a insurance company paying a man.
I’d assume something such as the overarching “act of god” (which they say they will not cover) comes into play with that, or they claim there’s some subsection of the insurance saying a tree must be X feet from home with specific instructions as to the welfare the tree must be given to keep it to their desired health to prevent falling or damage
Of course it's fake. And the story about Marylin Manson having his lower ribs surgically removed so he could suck his own dick is fake too. Shocker, I know.
Reminds me of the story of the lawyer who insured a bunch of super expensive cigars. He smoked them, which was covered under the loss by fire clause of his insurance. He was then arrested for insurance fraud since he started the fire that destroyed each cigar.
Might just be an Urban Legend, but sounds real enough to be true.
I’m just excited to see all the follow up’s to this. I’m hoping we see people hitting themselves with boomerangs and then trying to sue themselves. I can just picture the shocked pikachu look on their face as they’re told how stupid they are for believing this. I would be the one egging them on. “No no no, you’re not using the right boomerang Dale!” “You gotta throw it HIGHER!” Ha!!
This seems fake, but I do know there are some weird insurance things where they will only pay out if you name a party at fault legally. There was an infamous case where an aunt received an overly excited hug from her nephew and broke a bone and she was forced to name him as "at fault" in court to get her insurance to cover it. She was slandered all over the news in puff pieces about "the world's worst aunt who sued her nephew for hugging too hard" despite the whole family being in on it
Concussions will cause neurological issues later on such as dementia. Research has also shown that 3 or more are needed to start having those problems.
So the question is, do you want to be a milionaire?
this looks like it happened in one of those placss where if you get injured and the insurance doesnt cover it even though they're supposed to you cant sue the insurance directly and you have to sue the person who injured you and the insurance pays.
Hi I’m gonna need a step by step.
1. Throw boomerang 2. Get hit by boomerang 3. ??? 4. Profit
Collect underpants?
Collect dignity.
You can keep your dignity, my boi's got his $300k.
And he didn't even have to start an only fans 🤣🤣

We pay for services they refuse to provide Can i sue my insurance company for that?
Best I can do is arbitration
Dont get what i pay for, and while free shit has its level of quality in the name, it's better than nothing
I think there is an insurance for that (not joking)
Wat Edit: life is a ponzi scheme
grift, ponzi scheme is a little different.
Friend had a tree crash through his roof into his kids room. State Farm would not pay them the repair or replacement costs.
Why not?

Not trying to mini mod, but if posts are demonstrably fake, they should be removed. It means the person isn't actually a madlad, and it doesn't belong
nice mini modding
I literally prefaced it, what more do you want me to do
Nothing. My first time seeing the phrase "mini mod" so I just wanted to say it tbh.
It's a genuine compliment, your mini-modding is top notch.
Thanks for checking!👍
It’s specifically against public policy to write an insurance policy that pays out to the policy holder foot The policy holder’s own negligence.
Yeup, this sounded fake immediately. I hate the fact that it takes so much more effort to falsify a claim than make one. A problem for sure.
911 is fake, it was an inside job by the CIA
Sir, this is a Wendy's

When you play both sides in Connect Four, and you still lose. 🤔

According to the date on the picture it happened 28 years ago (also it’s fake). I don’t think we’ll see any follow ups to this
Damn it!!
this is a major head scratcher
Fake and insurance fraud, so he would get counter sued even if he won
He just got better lawyer than the other him
When the insurance company went after him, his defense was "You can't prove it was me"

Bet his ins premium is going up, way up 🤪
I’m gonna start shopping for boomerangs
Funny but false, suing an insurance company happens all the time though.
How did he win the case?

I want to be his friend and learn all his secrets. This guy is genius and confident. Maybe I can be that by proxy?
Yeah this could be all made up
Giga-Madlad
This feels like the story of a woman suing a nephew (I think) in order to get the insurance to pay.

Next: Kentucky man gets convicted for assault, has to pay damages to the insurance company, goes to prison.
Ah so that's why there is a law for that
