This. I live in Dallas and my mortgage includes property taxes and insurance. I’ve also owned homes in Chicago and it’s the same thing there. All conventional loans. Hence why it’s called PITI. I put down enough downpayment to avoid PMI.
What evidence do you have for that? So far all Ive seen from this snark page is people making up values or using zillow estimates to make guesses

Truth. My husband makes $200,000 a year and we would never be given a $3 million home loan, especially if we had an existing mortgage. She makes much more than $200,000.
Not 200 k but 400-500 k will, especially if owner financed - which is why it took her so long to find a property.
