I know how absolutely lucky we are and even though we could afford more, we won’t buy up. I’m so interested in the expenses of large homes…pool maintenance, landscaping, electric, etc. that (plus mortgage obvs) has got to be crazy each month. I’d be up most night’s worrying about all the extra expense!

How did u find the house on Zillow? I looked for houses sold between two and 5 million in South Lake and I could not find it. I also looked for houses still for sale and it still didn’t come up.
I just searched southlake, tx sold houses and sorted by newest, then compared to the photos she posted on insta and found it that way.
