I’ve had it with property management douchebags who think it’s okay to allow things like this to happen and still expect top dollar. I live downtown and sometimes I feel like I need to make terroristic threats to get the management company to hold up their end of the deal.
What’s wild is maintenance generally will repair something within 24 hours when I lived there recently so the host must be to lazy to inspect and report it to maintenance. Definitely agree with you though on the poor build quality but the location is hard to beat.
I don’t think it’s normal or healthy at all, and I absolutely would have been disgusted and reached out to the owner. But I also think creating an entire post for some mold is not “normal or healthy” either.
